I am very pleased with my new countertop, installed this past week by Ken Law and his son and nephew. After receiving nothing but empty promises and a total runaround from other local granite suppliers, I called Ken Law one morning on a recommendation from a granite supplier. They were at my house within a couple of hours to take a measurement, make a template, and give me a promise of a speedy delivery and installation. I received superior customer service, and the lowest price I could find on a quality granite countertop. Utah Granite Countertops, Inc. is a company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for granite for their home or business. Every aspect of my experience with them was superior. They telephoned to let me know about minor delays. They delivered a quality product, and artistically and carefully completed the job efficiently, and cleaned up as well. Ken and his crew even did some extra, minor plumbing hookups for me that I would have had to hire a plumber to do, and they did it just for good will. I was impressed with their professionalism and their individual skill and integrity. They really know their business, but even better, they know how to please the customer.
