Stone Care

 Most stone slabs sold today are resin-filled.  This means the top surface of the stone has had an epoxy resin applied to the surface before the final honing and polishing process.  This process greatly reduces the porosity of the stone, making it more stain resistant and maintenance free. 

Caring for stone is very easy.  Depending on your use, the stone may never need to be sealed.  There are many products for stone care on the market and are readily available.  Most are wipe-on wipe-off, and can be used as necessary.
